As a recently retired military officer and pilot, I started Preflight Home Inspections approximately two years ago.  I bring to this service the lifetime experience of being reputable, reliable, punctual, helpful and professional.  As a Texas State licensed Professional Home Inspector (#7742), I abide by the Texas State Standards of Practice .

A quality home inspection insures that you are knowledgeable about general conditions, identifies potential safety and mechanical hazards and gives you peace of mind.  It allows you to make informed decisions based on the existing condition of your home.  The inspection provides a much greater understanding of the home you are about to purchase and/or the possible need for repairs.  

With over 40 years of experience in flying to places like Chicago, Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro, Europe, Vietnam, or Kuwait, I began each of those flights after a thorough preflight inspection.  My purpose in completing an aircraft preflight was to insure that I started each flight with a safe and sound aircraft that would complete the flight safely.  I will inspect your home with a similar purpose to provide you a thorough, comprehensive, professional, and unbiaseed report on the condition of your property...
